Sahara was specifically designed to incorporate IPS pod drives which has proven to be an outstanding performer with 15% increased speed over the shaft drive version. With the engines aft, this creates enormous stowage under the saloon sole one of the benefits of the pod system. In the mid pilothouse layout, all areas are in close proximity to one another with no more than 5 steps of separation making this vessel a very comfortable Motoryacht for extended cruising.
